End User(Land Agent) get after service via below order:
MAG authorize Integrator system and project developer.
MAG regional agent
MAG regional Service office or Head Quarters office in Shenzhen
2. The service that MAG provides includes the following:
Consultation Service
Product guarantee (free maintenance in the first year, and 8% of product price will be charged as service fee after)
Hotline and Expert on line service (before and after service)
Hotline: 9:00?18:00/Monday to Friday
Hotline Responding Time: within 24 hours
Online File service: (FAQ, Installation and Troubleshooting Guide, online user guide)
